Massage with herbs and flowers
Tucked away in a corner of the garden is the perfect spot for an al fresco wellness treatment. A relaxing massage, with the magic touch of skilful hands and using our own wild herbs, will restore energy and leave you relaxed, so you can make the most of your holiday. An exclusive service created in collaboration with Spa Mediterranea from Cascioni Eco Retreat.
Yoga lessons
You don’t need to be an expert to request a morning yoga lesson with Ornella. Wake up to the tranquil silence of the countryside, dedicate time to your wellness, and enjoy the benefits of meditation before arriving at breakfast thoroughly refreshed. You can complete the experience with a selection of herbal teas or infusions, or freshly squeezed juices.
Botanical watercolours
For lovers of drawing or the simple gestures of the past, like sending letters or postcards to loved ones, we will be running a watercolour retreat in the autumn with Sara Operegeniali to create your own botanical travel diary or greetings cards, decorated with the flowers of Sardinia.
Cookery lessons
Our cookery lessons have been designed for guests to get hands-on with unique, genuine and locally-sourced raw materials. They can then enjoy the fruits of their labour, guided by their imagination and the know-how of experts who put their heart into creating traditional dishes every day.

Memories are kept alive in our hearts and minds, but sometimes it’s nice to be able to revisit and share them. An expert photographer will capture all the smiles and hugs, against the backdrop of our grounds or the nearby beaches, bathed in the unique light of the sunset of northern Sardinia.
Blue Zone in Sardinia
Albero Capovolto will host a week-long retreat from 15 to 22 October 2023, thanks to a collaboration with travel designer Nadia Schoser and wine travel specialist Paolo Todarelli.
The retreat will help participants gain a greater awareness of the importance of good nutrition and making ethical and sustainable choice in our daily lives. It will also focus on the importance of physical activity in the great outdoors, along with exploration of the region with visits to wineries producing Vermentino di Gallura and lessons in traditional local cookery.
